FAFSA FRENZY Reminder to seniors, there is a FAFSA Frenzy Workshop on Monday, October 20 from 4-6 p.m. in the PHS Library. Please let your parents know.
EOC REWARDS Students, you may receive an award for your EOC scores. These awards include free homework passes, tardy passes, free days off, and a chance to participate in a pizza party at the end of the year! Stop by the library to receive your award. EOC Awards may be picked up starting on Wednesday, the 20th before or after school as well as in-between classes ONLY. Awards will only be handed out through the first quarter of the school year. If you do not pick up your award by this time, you will no longer be eligible to receive your award.
PICTURE DATES UNDERCLASSMEN PICTURES - OCTOBER 15TH SENIOR PICTURES - OCTOBER 23RD !!Senior pictures will be taken the morning of Thursday, October 23. Men should plan to wear a button up, collared shirt with a tie and women should plan to wear a nice shirt, sweater or dress. No screen printed or graphic shirts please. This picture will be used for the Class of 2026 senior wall composite that hangs in the hall. Plan to be at school that morning to have your picture taken!! PICTURE RETAKE DAY FOR ALL STUDENTS WILL BE DECEMBER 3RD

CHEER TRYOUTS Anyone interested in cheering for basketball season, there will be an additional cheer tryout on November 3rd & 4th from 3:30pm-5:00pm in the round room.
OVERDUE BOOKS Attention Students you will not be able to check out a library book if you have overdue books. You need to return your books on time in order to be able to check out more books. For those of you that have books that are over a year overdue, charges will be applied to your account. Bring overdue books back to the library as soon as possible. You have 2 weeks when you check out a book!
RED RIBBON WEEK In celebration of RED RIBBON WEEK we will be having a spirit week from Oct 27-31. The days are as follows: Oct 27- Give Drugs the Boot- Wear Boots Oct 28- My American Dream: Live Drug Free- Wear American Themed clothing (NO FLAGS) Oct 29- I'm Too Bright for Drugs- Wear Neon Oct 30- Our Dreams are Too Big for Drugs- Dress for your future career Oct 31- RED-y to live Drug Free- Wear Red

PHS Bullying Prevention Campaign Week 1 OCT 6-10: Monday Oct 6th is national blue shirt day. Wear a Blue Shirt to show that you stand against bullying. Week 2 OCT 13-16: POWER FOR GOOD. Encourage each other to speak up and make a positive difference against bullying, both in person and online. CHROMEBOOK LOANERS If you are not returning your loaner chromebook by the end of the day, you will receive lunch detention the following day. All loaner chromebook's should be returned by the end of the day that you borrow them on. After two borrows, you will receive lunch detention also. If you need to borrow a chromebook, this needs to be taken care of before school starts. If you know your cb is not going to make it through an entire class period, you need to borrow in-between classes, not during class.
